Projects near the MRT3 Circle Line
MRT3 is a planned loop around central KL that will link MRT1, MRT2 and several LRT lines.
The loop is about 50 km long with around 30 planned stations, passing Bukit Kiara, Mont Kiara, Sentul, Setapak, Setiawangsa, Ampang, Pandan Indah, Salak Selatan, Kuchai Lama and Pantai Dalam.
Prices near future stations usually don’t yet reflect the convenience the line will bring. The completion year depends on the latest government announcement.

Questions buyers ask
Are the prices on this site final?
They are the SPA price ranges published by developers. Most projects also offer rebates, discounts or free legal fees, so the net price depends on the unit and the current package. WhatsApp me for the latest price list and a calculation.
Do I pay extra to buy through you?
No. For new launches the developer pays the agency fee, so you pay the same price as walking into the sales gallery, with someone comparing projects and following up for you.
How much is the booking fee, and is it refundable?
Usually RM1,000 to RM5,000 depending on the project, and it is offset against your down payment when you sign. Refund terms differ by project, and I explain them before you book.
Are there extra incentives for first-time or Bumiputera buyers?
Some projects offer Bumiputera discounts, and first-time buyers may qualify for stamp duty exemptions. It depends on the project and your situation, so tell me about yours and I’ll work it out.
When will MRT3 be completed?
The MRT3 Circle Line is approved and in progress. The completion date follows the latest announcement from the government and MRT Corp, and station positions on this site are approximate.
